| | | Dear Friend, Every month, our Members demonstrate the power of healthcare sharing by supporting one another through life's unexpected medical needs. Last month, through our Reference Based Pricing model and provider negotiations, 68% of submitted medical costs were reduced, saving our Members more than $2.27 million. These savings help make quality healthcare more affordable while strengthening the community that makes this ministry possible. In this month's newsletter, you'll find my latest conversation on the growing role of nurse practitioners, learn how Solidarity shares into mental health care, gain insight into why healthcare costs continue to rise for employers and ACA Marketplace enrollees, and discover practical health tips and membership updates to help you make the most of your Solidarity membership. Thank you for being part of the Solidarity community and for making this ministry possible. In Christ, |

| | | | | UV Safety Month – Protect Yourself from Harmful Sun Exposure July is UV Safety Month, a time to raise awareness about sun exposure and how to protect yourself from the harmful effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation. The highest intensity UV rays generally occur from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. When possible, try to plan outdoor activities outside of this time or protect yourself by wearing long-sleeved shirts, wide-brimmed hats, and UV-blocking sunglasses.
